Zini was founded in Milan, Italy, in 1956. since then, combining modern techniques with the family crafts tradition, became one of mayor italian pasta industries.

In Brazil, the company became its activities in 1992, and its line of products it’s based on fresh pastas made such as gnocchi, lasanha, polenta and also breading batters and coating bread.

Zini has at its disposal a modern analisis laboratory, joining the factory, permitting a better quality control in prducts manufacturing and production processes, always characterizing its acts.

It has yet its own quality management model, similar to the main ISO rules, and strictly following it, it’s preparing for having HACCP and ISO certificate in the future. The company ahs in its line of products breading batters and coating breads Fioccopan, uniques in the market with lipophobic characteristics, ideals to coat with a minimal oil absorption and other specifical applications.

Other than the quality of its products, resulting in a total customers satisfaction, the company develops technological solutions in order to contain prices levels, making the ZINI’s products very competitives in the consumer food service and third party services markets.
