Use suggestions
1) Appetizers with a more steady coat
- Dilute 100 g of FIOCCOGEL in 400 ml of water
- Pass in the mixer until obtain an homogeneous mixture
- Pass the appetizer in the cream
- Bread with FIOCCOPAN SIII - fry in really hot oil (190ºC)
2) Milanes cutlet or schitzel
- Dilute 100 g of FIOCCOGEL in 400 ml of water
- Pass in the mixer until obtain an homogeneous mixture
- Pass the meat in the cream / Bread with FIOCCOPAN SIII
- Fry in really hot oil (190ºC)
3) Parmesan beef / Dilute 100 g of FIOCCOGEL in 400 ml of water
- Pass in the mixer until obtain an homogeneous mixture
- Pass the meat in the cream
- Bread with FIOCCOPAN SIII
- Fry in really hot oil (190ºC)
