Use suggestions
1) Fried Polenta
- Coat the polenta directly with this batter and fry in really hot oil (190ºC)
3) Coxinhas:
- Dilute 100g de Fioccogel in 400 ml of water
- Pass in the mixer for 1 minute to obtain an homogeneus mixture
- Coat the appetizer with the cream and bread it with Fioccopan Milanes
- Fry in really hot oil (190ºC)
4) Risoles:
- Dilute 100g de Fioccogel in 400 ml of water
- Pass in the mixer for 1 minute to obtain an homogeneus mixture
- Coat the appetizer with the cream
- bread it with Fioccopan Milanes / Fry in really hot oil (190ºC)
5) Beef or chicken cutlet with a more delicate coat
- Dilute 100g de Fioccogel in 400 ml of water
- Pass in the mixer for 1 minute to obtain an homogeneus mixture
- Coat the meat with the cream
- Bread it with Fioccopan Milanes
- Fry in really hot oil (190ºC)
6) Coated banana
- Dilute 100g de Fioccogel in 400 ml of water
- Pass in the mixer for 1 minute to obtain an homogeneus mixture
- Coat the banaa with the cream
- bread it with Fioccopan Milanes
