FIOCCOGEL use suggestions
Use indications:
1) As batter in breading, replacing eggs.
- Dilute 100 g of FIOCCOGEL in 400 ml of water
- Pass in the mixer for 1 minute until obtain an homogeneous mixture. *with this recipe you can obtain only a liquid
2) Tempura
- Dilute 100 g of FIOCCOGEL in 300 ml of water
- Pass in the mixer for 1 minute until obtain an homogeneous mixture.
- Add salt and yeast = Submerge the vegetables cutted thin in the mix and fry in hot oil (190°C)
3) Onion rings
- Dilute 100 g of FIOCCOGEL in 150 ml of water
- Pass in the mixer for 1 minute until obtain an homogeneous mixture
- Add salt, yeast and 1 tea spoon of sugar
- Submerge the onion rings cutted thick in the mix and fry in hot oil (190°C)
4) Doré breading
- Dilute 100 g of FIOCCOGEL in 300 ml of water
- Pass in the mixer for 1 minute until obtain an homogeneous mixture.
- Add salt and yeast - Submerge the meat cutted in cubes in the mix and fry in hot oil (190°C)
5) Fish breading
- Pass directly the cutted fish in dry FIOCCOGEL and fry at 190°C
