The Zini Square is a special place, more than a canteen, whose recipes and locals give the possibilty to live a rare experience.

It’s an interactive gastronomic space, criated to please all senses, cozy and sigularly decorated, as for the ambient that reminds old little italian squares as for its ancient vehicules in its space and recycled objects and old century pasta production machineries, to to go back in time with the customers.

The canteen has as a main purpose to demonstrate, pactically, the economic possibility of the marketing, stocking and preparation of Zini’s products, so the pastas are preparade in plain customer sight, in the Imperial oven (wood-fed oven and stove)

In the cafeteria you can taste delicious ice-creams, the whole weat ice creams containing pure fibers, or the surprising “affogato al caffé” or dink an espresso to close the meal.
