Heat treated corn flour for healthy breadings
FIOCCOMIL is produced from de pure corn flour, processed in the ingredients division (in high temperature e pressure), in the equipment installed in the factory, inactivating the enzymes and at same time reducing the microbiological values.
This process allows to produce a compact corn flour, spherical and smooth, perfectly standardized and adapted to fit the gastronomic needings of the final product in which is used. This structure gives it a lipophobic quality, with minimum absorption of oil, resulting in a dry and crispy breading and less fatty.
FIOCCOMIL has an homogenous colour that doesn’t change during the frying, as it happens when using others corn flours so the result is a dry crispy and uniform breading.
Beyond its breading qaulities, the corn flours are considered great food complements duing to the high dietetic fibers content and lipids
