Heat treated rice flour, neutral and gluten-free

ARROZIN is heat treated rice flour, with high viscosity, absolutely neutral, ideal for products needing to get texture, mainly without gluten addiction and without changing the main charachteristics such as flavour, colour and shelf-life.

The nanotechnology process gives to this flour an emulsifier effect without degrading any product after the big mechanical stress suffered in the industrial productions, high estability in viscosity and resistance against synerisis giving to any product excellent stability and liquid loss even at freezing temperature.

This kind of flour is mainly used as a substitive of starch in many food products such as soups and gravies, creams, instant sweets, salads sauces and maionnaise. It’s also reccomended in cooked sausages, hamburgers and even in dairy products (liquid yogurt, soft cheese etc.)

The low microbiological activity is really important to many applications such as baby’s and child’s foods, excipient for pharmaceutical products or any other less critical such as pre cooked or frozen breads or any milk or egg derivated product.
